Return policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase from https://sejosa.com. If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased, You have the right to return products ordered on the Website for a refund within 7 days from the date you received the products. If you exercise your right to return products, we will refund the original purchaser (not the gift recipient if the product was delivered as a gift) the price paid for the product within 30 days of receiving the return, provided that the returned product meets our quality control testing requirements and is returned with the original packaging (including all warranty labels, instructions for use, warranty cards and other product tags). We will only refund the original buyer using the same payment method that they used for the original transaction. 

Return Process

Products purchased on the website are subject only to these Terms of Sale. You can contact the customer service center to return the products, and our customer service will provide the SEJOSA return service process. Products not purchased on the Website cannot be returned under these Terms of Sale. We will not accept returns without first contacting SEJOSA Customer Service to confirm the return. Please note that for orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold, the shipping fees paid will not be refunded.
